Become an Official

If you would like to become an official, you must first complete this form. This form also tells you everything you need to know to become an official. You must also successfully complete the written rules exam for the sport which you want to officiate.  The South Central Indiana Officials Association will help you go through the process, and we can be especially helpful to the new official with learning the proper mechanics of working their game and group discussions of the rules at our regular meetings.

To renew your officials license, you must fill out this form.

For more information about becoming an official, please check out the IHSAA. If you have any questions, please contact Travis Hammond at 282-5123.

Already an Official?

Once you are an official, you can download and print the following forms:

1) Apply for Membership in the South Central Officials Association,

2) Apply for Professional Status.
